Shipping policy

Carriage will be chargeable for the transportation or other special express carrier services as needed. L.D. Leigh & Co. Limited reserves the right to waive this condition at their discretion.  All shortages must be reported in writing within four working days of delivery. 

We will not be liable for damage to a consignment or any part thereof or loss from a consignment that is noted as damaged or loss upon a consignment note or other delivery document unless a claim is made in writing within 10 calendar days after the delivery has ended. Damage to a consignment or any part thereof or loss from a consignment is NOT noted as damaged or loss upon a consignment note or other delivery document unless the carrier be advised thereof by the customer or the consignee in writing (email) or by telephone by 13.00 on the next working day after delivery and a claim is made in writing within 5 working days after the delivery has ended. All outbound carriage is non-refundable
